What is Mindfulness Meditation and why is everyone talking about it
Mindfulness Meditation means becoming aware of what is going on your body and in your mind. It is looking at the events happening inside and outside you in the present moment.
It means that you are adding opportunity to live more fully, because you are training yourself to pay attention to what goes on around you: when you are surrounded by your loved ones; when you are at work and have tasks to complete; when you are trying to learn more about yourself ; when you want to disfrute of experiences that you are living. It means coming out of watching the events of your life sliding through your fingers to own your own life and see life events from a wider perspective.
