Hey everyone,
How have you been feeling lately? I’ve been in chatting with many of my students and there’s a mix of feelings with some people feeling frazzled and exhausted, even though it’s summer time. So know that you are not alone.
Thankfully, over the last month, I had the opportunity of seeing my family and spending time in nature out of London, after a long period of time. I also had time to take another Mindfulness Meditation Training and read scientific research about the benefits of a steady Mindfulness Meditation practice, which shows how Mindfulness practices support practitioners’ wellbeing. I can`t stress enough how a constant practice has helped me coping with last year. Also I can’t wait to share with you all I’ve been learning and here goes a short Mindfulness Exercise for you to practice, as well as the link for my Free 21 Day indfulness Meditation Challenge.
